MY NEW POEM: The Break-up: by gburey: just a random thing

The Break-up

He loves he loves me not,
I rather go out with a piece of snot,
He has dirty hair but he cleans it, its true,
I’m not the one, who loves you,

Go away, go away,
I’m not here to sway,
Can’t you see?
You’re not for me,

You confuse me every time,
And you make me feel like a piece of slime,
And I have to say goodbye,
And stay away from your nerdy tie

Poetry Task 4: A Single Metaphor Poem

The Stars

A twinkling light,

Swaying to and fro,

A beautiful sight,

Packed in a row,

A sparkle shimmer,

Glaring in your eyes,

A little limmer.

Crowded in the night skys.

Poetry Task 3: The Sun - Metaphors of the sun

The Sun

A flamming red ball,

A lightbulb flicking on at day,

A ticking clock,

A St. Hilda's Winter hat,

A shimmering star,

A shape of the letter "O"

A Giant staring down at you,

A yellow Round cup.

Poetry Task 2: Bella (My Rabbit)

Bella (My Rabbit)
bouncy as a new Tennis ball,
Playful as a dog,
Sneaky like a cat,
jump, jump, jump! into your arms
Bella (My Rabbit)

Poetry task 2: Dogs

Dog
Furry as a kiwi fruit skin,
Cute like a Bunny,
Vicious like a lion,
The Man's Best Friend,
Dog.

Poetry: My Grandma is like a Cat

My Grandma is like a Cat because she is calm and lays there silently,

My Grandma is like a Cat because she always is purring of tiredness,

My Grandma is like a Cat because she also has a mind of her own,

My Grandma is like a Cat because she is fluffy and playful,

My Grandma is like a Cat because she is nice & respectful.
